Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices listed on our product pages include VAT and all other price components.

We deliver within Germany and Europe. For orders outside Europe, please contact us via the contact form.

Shipping costs within Germany are free of charge.
We charge 6.00 euros for shipping to Austria and 25.00 euros for shipping to Switzerland.

The flat shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. Since the value added tax on the shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced when items are purchased at a reduced rate of VAT (e.g. books). The final calculation of the flat shipping fee is therefore only made as part of the ordering process, although this can only be lower in your favor, but never higher.

For deliveries outside the EU, please also contact us via the contact form.

As soon as we receive your payment (e.g. via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or credit card), your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. In exceptional cases, delays may occur if an item is out of stock at short notice.

Shipping is carried out with our logistics partner UPS.
